Also known as Changhe Automobile, it is now in the Philippines through the LausAutoGroup. The Chinese automotive brand is aiming to redefine the way consumers perceive China-made cars.

As Changhe expands its global partnerships, the Laus Group of Companies (LGC), the country’s largest auto conglomerate, welcomes another world-renowned brand in its roster of dealerships, with the Angeles City, Rosario, La Union paving the way and the Bacolor, Pampanga dealership opening its doors on November 12, 2019.

The newest brand to be exclusively distributed by the leading company, has welcomed units that are part of the complete line up of the Chinese auto maker’s innovative passenger cars, multipurpose vehicles (MPVs), sports utility vehicles (SUVs), and light commercial vehicles (CVs).

“Now that Changhe Automobile is finally in the Philippines under the LausAutoGroup, we are looking forward to offering high-quality and affordable vehicles with the same kind of passionate customer service that the LausGroup has been known for, through this milestone partnership,” BAIC/Changhe International Sales Manager Robbie Liu said.

Changhe Philippines general manager Renato Calma said “with this new brand, we aim to offer best-in-class vehicles that are perfect for Filipinos looking for units that are not only well-designed and stylish, but also has its edge when it comes to comfort, safety, and convenience features.”

LGC chairman and CEO Lisset Laus-Velasco shared that the Changhe line-up has great potential.

“When Changhe was first introduced to LausGroup sometime in 2015, our founder Levy P. Laus knew that this one brand, you need to understand more. The product line-up has so much potential,” she said.

Second District Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab, for her part said: “We want to thank Changhe Automobile and LausGroup for this early Christmas gift to our constituents. The employment and taxes that will be generated by this establishment will go a long way in resuscitating the economy.”

Changhe is keen on introducing a wide range of value-for-money vehicles that take pride of its edge in terms of design, performance, refinement, and engineering. These major qualities are what made the renowned Chinese carmaker a household brand in over 30 countries across Europe, America, Middle East, and Asia.

Changhe Automobile is a brand fit to compete on the world-stage by bringing consistent customer satisfaction and by becoming a reliable travel service provider through its cutting-edge passenger cars, multipurpose vehicles (MPVs), sports utility vehicles (SUVs), and light commercial vehicles (CVs).

Moreover, aspiring buyers who are looking for SUVs that exceed the boundaries of “sport” and “utility” function can find what they are looking for in Changhe’s flagship Q7 which was recently launched earlier this year.

The five-seater SUV is strikingly masculine in appearance with its black grille, black pillars, and seemingly thick roof. Among its high-tech features are its innovative infotainment system which can be controlled through its giant 12-inch touch screen LCD.

Meanwhile, those with much more complex needs like additional space, seat, or cabin can opt for Changhe’s versatile MPVs like the M50, M60 and M70 which boast of strong design language and dependability on the road as its major selling point.
